Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Deal Desk Analyst in India, to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a background in deal desk operations, sales operations, renewals management, and/or order processing. This role will focus on driving accuracy and efficiency in our Quote to Cash process, and improving contract quality within the organization.

The Deal Desk Analyst will support pricing, quoting, and deal execution, working in partnership with sales and finance teams to provide seamless deal execution within best practices and financial controls.

The role will require ownership of Order Form creation and execution, as well as opportunity validation, to better support reporting needs within the organization, and optimal customer experience.

The Deal Desk Analyst - India will support sales teams in EMEA, working hours consistent with supporting the UK/EMEA-based field teams. Familiarity with Salesforce Account and Opportunity management preferred.

  • Deal Review and Approval:

    • Review and approve deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial guidelines.

    • Provide guidance and support to sales teams on deal structuring, pricing, and contract terms.

    • Support pricing, quoting, and deal strategy to facilitate accuracy and excellence in deal execution.

  • Deal Validation and Financial Reporting:

    • Own deal validation with a focus on accurate billing and reporting.

    • Ensure all deals are validated correctly to support error-free and timely financial reporting.

  • Training and Support:

    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adherence to established processes and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience as a Deal Desk Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of sales operations, deal structuring, and contract management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Google Suite, Confluence, and Slack.

  • Highly motivated and self-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
