The Console Platform is the central interface that powers how customers configure risk policies, visualize data, and leverage our AI-driven fraud prevention capabilities. As the Product Manager for this platform, you’ll be responsible for shaping its strategy and ensuring it delivers scalable, intuitive, and impactful experiences across industries like e-commerce, fintech, and travel.
What You’ll Do:
In Your First 30 Days
Get deeply familiar with the Console Platform: its current capabilities, roadmap, and role in enabling customers to manage fraud and risk workflows.
Build relationships with engineers, designers, data scientists, and GTM stakeholders to understand ongoing initiatives.
Engage with customers and analyze product data to identify key workflows, pain points, and areas of opportunity.
After 60 Days
Take ownership of the Console Platform roadmap, prioritizing features that improve usability, scalability, and customer adoption.
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and prototypes with design partners.
Coordinate with other Product Managers to ensure cross-platform alignment and consistency in customer experience.
Identify opportunities for optimization in dashboards, permissions, and configuration management.
After 90 Days
Drive the vision and strategy for the Console Platform, clearly articulating business and customer impact.
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to plan successful launches and adoption strategies.
Enhance product analytics capabilities to better understand customer behavior and inform future roadmap decisions.
Inspire cross-functional teams around Console Platform goals, ensuring execution and delivery of high-value features.
What Will Make You a Strong Fit:
5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
Proven success shipping customer-facing products in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of usability, dashboard design, admin workflows, and configuration management.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, designers, and GTM teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Passion for building intuitive and elegant interfaces that simplify complex processes.
