As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll be responsible for receiving, packing, and preparing stock at our Central Kitchen in Rosebery, Sydney. You’ll assist with loading and unloading produce, managing inventory, and ensuring stock is ready for delivery to our restaurants across NSW.

Skills and Experience

You’ll:

• Hold a full, valid Australian driver’s licence (essential)

• Be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock handling role (preferred)

• Demonstrate strong time management and communication skills

Reporting to your Logistics Supervisor, you’ll assist with the daily packing and unpacking of stock for deliveries to our restaurants. You’ll work closely with Drivers and the Central Kitchen team to ensure produce is accurately packed, safely handled, and delivered on time.

You’ll be expected to:

• Accurately pack orders of freshly prepared produce
• Support loading and unloading of deliveries
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Organise and restock refrigerators and storage areas
• Uphold and promote THISBOWL’s people and culture values in all interactions.
